Scope
This policy governs all content uploaded, published, or distributed through the platform operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME]. All users, creators, and operators must comply with this policy. Violation may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement.
Allowed Content
Content published on the platform must satisfy all of the following requirements:
- All individuals depicted are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of creation.
- All individuals depicted provided explicit, informed, and voluntary consent to the creation and distribution of the content.
- The uploader or creator holds all necessary rights, licenses, and authorizations to publish and distribute the content on this platform.
- The content complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction from which it is uploaded and in all jurisdictions where it is accessible.
- The content has been submitted with accurate age verification, rights documentation, and consent records as required by the platform onboarding process.
Forbidden Content
The following content is strictly forbidden and will be removed upon detection. Violations may be reported to relevant authorities without notice to the uploader.
- Content depicting, promoting, or facilitating child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of minor-related sexual content.
- Non-consensual content, including but not limited to content created or distributed without the explicit consent of all depicted persons.
- Revenge porn or any intimate content distributed without authorization or with intent to harass, humiliate, or cause harm.
- Hidden-camera, voyeur, or spy content recorded without the knowledge or consent of the subjects.
- Leaked, hacked, stolen, or otherwise unlawfully obtained private content.
- Content depicting or promoting human trafficking, coercion, forced acts, abuse, or exploitation of any kind.
- Content depicting extreme violence, torture, or non-consensual harm.
- Bestiality or any content involving non-human animals.
- Content that violates any applicable law in the uploader jurisdiction, the platform jurisdiction, or any jurisdiction where the content is accessible.
- Content for which the uploader cannot produce valid rights documentation, consent records, or age verification upon request.
Source and Rights Requirements
Every uploader must declare the source and hold verifiable rights for all content submitted. Acceptable source types include original production, exclusive license, authorized import with written permission, or verified third-party consent. Content marked as unknown source or without supporting records will not be approved for publication.
Moderation Rules
All uploaded content is reviewed before publication. Moderators evaluate content against this policy, applicable law, and available rights documentation. The platform reserves the right to reject or remove any content that does not satisfy the requirements of this policy, even if no specific violation is identified. Moderation decisions are documented in the immutable audit log.
Enforcement Actions
Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions at the sole discretion of the platform operator:
- Rejection or removal of the violating content.
- Temporary or permanent suspension of the uploader account.
- Termination of all accounts associated with the uploader.
- Referral of the violation to law enforcement or relevant authorities.
- Recording of the violation in the platform audit log and, where applicable, blacklisting of content hashes.
- Cooperation with takedown requests, court orders, or legal investigations.
Reporting Violations
To report content that may violate this policy, contact [ABUSE_EMAIL] or submit a takedown request through the platform takedown page. Reports involving CSAM or non-consensual content are treated as urgent and escalated immediately.
